Terms and Conditions
Self-Catering
Bookings will be secured upon receipt of a nonreturnable deposit.
Payment of the balance of the total cost of the booking is to be paid upon arrival.Any meals taken with us during your stay will be charged at departure.
If you should have to cancel your booking after paying the balance we will make every effort to re-let the accommodation for the period booked. If successful, a refund of monies will be paid less the deposit.
Unless by prior agreement, the accommodation will be made available from 5pm on your day of arrival. If you intend to arrive later than 9pm this is fine as long as it has been prearranged. The accommodation must be vacated by 10.30am on the last day of stay.
The cost of the accommodation includes all services: water, gas, electricity. The accommodation has adequate facilities for all cooking that may be necessary i.e. all kitchen utensils, crockery, glassware, cutlery, etc are provided.
All bed linen and towels are included in the price.
We have communal laundry area with washing machine and drying facilities. There is also an ironing board and iron.
The applicant (and all persons occupying the accommodation) undertake to keep the premises and all furniture, fixtures and fittings in or on the premises in the same state of repair and condition as at the commencement of the stay and also undertakes to leave the premises in the same state of cleanliness and order as when they arrived.
The proprietors of 7 Avenue de Pezenas shall be compensated by the applicant for any damage and breakage's which may occur and any excess cleaning that is required, sole interpretation in the event will be by the proprietors.
As we do not take a security deposit by cash or cheque we reserve the right to charge the client's credit card (up to 300 euros) for any of the above.
The proprietors reserve the right to be allowed access to the accommodation at any reasonable time.
The number of persons using the accommodation is not to exceed the maximum number stated in the property description or indicated on the booking form.
In the unlikely event that we have to make a material alteration to your accommodation our limit of liability shall be limited to alternative arrangements of comparable standard or a full refund of monies.
The Proprietors reserves the right to refuse any booking request.
The Proprietors reserves the right to cancel any booking already made if the accommodation becomes unavailable for reasons outside of their control. The limit of liability shall be a full refund of monies.
All visitors must act in a reasonable manner and have consideration for other visitors.
We are strictly a nonsmoking establishment.
The Proprietors cannot accept liability for any loss or damage to personal property however caused
If any visitor fails to observe any of the conditions we reserve the right to require the visitor to vacate the accommodation at once without any recompense.
Bed & Breakfast
Advance reservations made for accommodation attract a minimum nonreturnable deposit (room or rooms only).
In the event of late cancellation (within 3 days of arrival) we must reserve the right to charge the full amount. If we are able to re-let all or part of the accommodation previously booked a pro-rata reduction in the charge will be made.
Payment of the balance of the total cost of the Bed and Breakfast becomes payable on the last day of the visit. Any meals taken will be charged with the the balance at the end of the stay. Please note that continental breakfast is extra at 7 euros per person.

Payment can be made by: Cash (Euros), Credit card (Visa, Mastercard ) Personal Euro cheque.
Cancellation
If, for any reason, you require to cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible - telephone is best - +00 (0)4 67 39 51 83. If we are unable to re-let the room, please note that as you entered into a contract at the time of booking, the following charges will apply:-
1 - 3 days prior to arrival date, 100% of the full accommodation value of the booking
4 – 14 days prior to arrival date, 75% of the full accommodation value of the booking
Over 15 days prior to arrival date, deposit will be non refundableIn the event of a failure to take up the booking without any prior notification, namely a "no show", the full value of the booking will be charged.
Guests must please vacate their room by 10.30 am on day of departure.
Inside the house we are strictly a nonsmoking establishment.
We strongly advise you take out travel insurance at time of booking.
